• For users: RelaXi offers personalized emotional journeys powered by mood-based AI, enabling users to discover and book solo or social wellness experiences based on how they feel.

• For providers: Wellness practitioners, facilitators, and brands can list services, events, or products—such as bodywork sessions, sensory activations, or emotional care kits—within a curated platform built to match offerings with emotional needs.

RelaXi is not a licensed medical provider and does not offer clinical, diagnostic, or emergency mental health services.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement. By using RelaXi, you affirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Account & Information

Some features may require you to join a waitlist or submit personal information (e.g., name, email, phone number, mood input). You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for all activity associated with your account or submission.

• Any outcomes of the experiences they offer

You engage with these partners at your own discretion.

7. Provider & Partner Responsibilities

If you are a provider or vendor, you are solely responsible for:

• Accurate representation of your offerings (pricing, timing, content)

• Complying with applicable laws, insurance, and professional credentials

• Delivering services with safety, integrity, and professionalism

RelaXi acts solely as a facilitator and does not employ or manage providers.

8. Booking, Payments & Refunds

All purchases — including sessions, events, or physical products — are processed through third-party payment systems (e.g., Stripe). By using these features, you agree to their terms.

• Platform or processing fees may apply and will be disclosed at checkout

• Refunds are subject to the provider’s cancellation policy

• RelaXi does not offer direct refunds but may assist in conflict resolution

9. Community Standards

You agree to use RelaXi with respect — for yourself, other users, and providers. You may not:

• Harass, impersonate, or harm others

• Submit false, misleading, or offensive content

• Interfere with the app’s functionality, logic, or emotional systems

• Use any part of the platform for unauthorized commercial activity

Violation may result in removal from the platform.

10. AI-Generated & Personalized Content
